1. What This Website Is

This is an independently operated private reference site. It has no government ties, stores no official criminal files, and cannot retrieve records, perform an official check, or file documents for a visitor.

The reference material identifies the Fayette County Sheriff's Department, criminal courts, West Virginia State Police Criminal Identification Bureau, WVDCR, and West Virginia Sex Offender Registry, along with outside tools that may aid personal research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use is conditioned on an agreement not to:

• Use automated scrapers, bots, or similar tools against the pages
• Stalk, threaten, or harass anyone with information found here
• Violate a federal, state, or local law

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

West Virginia Sex Offender Registry information is provided for community safety under W. Va. Code Article 15-12, not for vigilantism or illegal discrimination.
